So you are interested in one of my frames, and now you are ready to place an order. Here is a quick rundown on the process.

First contact me by phone or email. We will setup a time to discuss what you are looking for. This is our time to get to know each other and learn more about your passion for cycling. 

Initial conversation:

Whether this meeting is in person or Skype, we will review your ideas on the frame, riding style and specific needs for your frame.

Deposit:

For all orders I require a $500 deposit to secure your place in line. Deposits include all preliminary work of design, planning and consultation. This deposit is non- refundable. This deposit is applied to the cost of the frame. 

Fit and measurements: 

Once the deposit is secured,I will ask for very important information about your body measurements. This allows me to tailor your custom frame to your exact specifications. We can discuss some options to help you determine these measurements.

Options :

We then discuss geometry, color and misc options to complete your frame.

Start Build:

At this time I will contact you and confirm final plans. At this point an additional $500 will be due to before I begin work on your frame. In the event that your frame requires a higher priced tubeset I will ask for a larger deposit, I will cover this with you on the call. Also I will let you know how long the build and finish time will be to complete.

Completed Frame:

Once the frame is back from paint, I will contact you to arrange final payment and shipping to your location or local bike shop for final assembly.
