Hello friends. Thanks for your interest in my work.

I am a frame builder in Lenexa KS (Kansas City). My work focuses on building custom lugged and fillet brazed steel handcrafted bicycles.

As a builder we tend to be hands on people. For me the excitement of building my first bike early last year was challenging however worth it. I spent the majority of last year problem solving my work to get better and interviewing people about the business. 

Alot has happened in the last year for me as a new(er) framebuilder. I have upgraded my fixturing, tools, equipment, and training. I entered a NAHBS 2013 bike as a new builder, completed a class with Dave Bohm of Bohemian Bicycles, and met alot of other framebuilders around the country who love building frames and love bicycles as much as I do. 

Another passion of mine is coffee. I am extending my long career of coffee with roasting my own beans. I attended Boot Coffee this year as well to extend my coffee knowledge of roasting and better prepare for my future plans.

I appreciate what I learned with Starbucks after many long years but I am ready to create my own true specialty coffee offerings. More to come soon!
